My client is the market leader in their field who are based in beautiful offices in Hinckley. You will be part of a vibrant team working as the first point of contact to new and existing customers.

The perfect candidate will have experience in customer service, and be passionate about providing the best journey for the customer using fantastic their communication skills.

You will be answering inbound calls from customer, handling enquiries and directing calls appropriately.
